Brian did a great job Installing some complicated electrics in the kitchen extension and electrical and lighting into the garden. Brian paid good attention to detail. He listened carefully to my requirements and needs but also contributed to my ideas. His suggestions much improved the electrical scheme I had in mind. I'm really pleased with the results. Brian kept me fully informed throughout the course of the work. He consulted with me as necessary, and he was also able to use his own judgement appropriately. I was really grateful for this as I have a really busy job and I needed Brian to get on with the work using his judgement. He always explained what he had done and would be willing to change things if necessary. I have to say this was not necessary. I was happy with all the work. Brian cleared up from his work. He made sure that the electrics were all working at the end of every day. On one occasion there was a component failure. Brian was really quick and helpful in getting the component changed without charge. Brian provided clear quotations prior to the work. When I changed any of the requirements he kept me informed about any differences in cost. Any changes to the price appeared reasonable and in proportion. In summary, Brian provides a high quality service. He is reliable and trustworthy. He is also a pleasure to have in the house and very easy to work with."
