"On moving to Sheffield last year we discovered, by way of our survey, that our recently acquired home needed some electrical work to be carried out. At the time we were still living on the outskirts of London and through our estate agent, we were recommended BK Spark. Despite the distance between us we were very much kept in the loop at all times; the work needed to be carried out was explained in detail and BK Spark were very helpful in accommodating us given that our ideas and designs upon the house were continuously evolving! All paper work was carried out promptly from the initial quote for remedial work and Electrical Inspection Certificate through to the final Part P Certificate which was issued once the work was completed. The fact that everything was carried out by the same tradesman - from the initial testing of the property and the quote right through to the remedial work being completed and paper work being issued - meant that, despite the distance, we felt in safe hands. So much so that to this day we still call upon the expertise of BK Spark for all our electrical work."
